Ben attended a special public meeting in Prestwich about the Conservatives plans
to cut the services at Prestwich Civic Longfield Suite, a facility used for Dancing,
Meetings, Weddings, Social Evening and many, many more events. Ben asked Bob
Bibby Leader of Bury Conservatives and Leader of Bury Council if he would just
say what was going to happen to the Suite? He said "You know what is going to
happen so say". Ben also said it was good to see so many people at the meeting
considering how the Conservative Administration has stopped a pettition being
placed in the building as well as Posters advertising the meeting.
