Ben Shatliff | Working For The People Of Holyrood

Biography |
Ben Shatliff was born on Tuesday December 30th 1975 at Saint
Mary's Hospital in Manchester. He is the eldest of two sons
and has always lived within the township of Prestwich in
Greater Manchester.
Ben has always had a interest in politics, from the 1983 General
Election where his father met Michael Foot to present where in
2010 he will stand for Labour in his home ward of Holyrood in
the Local Elections.
Ben joined the Labour party in 1997 but became actively
involved in 2001 in the run-up and during the General Election
campaign, the 2010 General Election will be his third General
Election and he is looking forward to being a Local Candidate
on the same day.
Away from politics, Ben is interested in family and local
history, as well as World War II, reading and photography.
Ben has an active interest in the ITV Network and is a regular
viewer to ITV News and ITV Granada Reports.
